Sometimes the simplest things can bring mom to tears. It can be movie night watching Hallmark. A special moment in our children’s lives! Whatever the case may be. Mom’s, Queen of Hearts, has a Special day set aside for them each year to show them how special she is to us! When that day approaches we are trying to think of ways to show our appreciation.
My mother was always a hard worker, and I am very thankful for the great many things she has taught me over the years. One of the many qualities of my mother was her selfless giving of herself and time!

Breakfast in bed, French toast topped with a Grand Mariner Brown Sugar whip or her favorite stack of buttermilk pancakes topped with some fresh fruit and whip. Could it be brunch at her favorite restaurant? I know sometimes I like a nice med-rare bone in rib eye cooked to perfection, baked potato, and some sauteed veggies, and a caesar salad. While she enjoys a glass of her favorite wine.
